Cathy Kelly was the Personnel secretary of Stayton Canning Co Co-op. Cathy was Administrative Assistant to former Governor Elmo Smith. She worked as Corporate Secretary for Smith’s newspapers for 11 years before moving to Gold Beach in 1975. She then did accounting and payroll work and managed Tamco offices for six years before taking a position in the Oregon State Courts as Judicial Assistant.
Cathy recently retired after 14 years with the courts. We're pleased to have Cathy serve on our Board of Directors.
