Establishing an endowment fund remains one of the main missions of the Curry Health Foundation. In support of this mission the Curry Health Foundation will not be offering a competitive grant cycle in 2011, however consideration will be given for individual grant requests. The Curry Health Foundation held the annual “High on Health” fund raiser on April 9th, 2011. Over $15,000 was raised toward the purchase of new equipment to enhance the diagnostic capability of the emergency room equipment.
The Curry Health Foundation Mission: To support Curry General Hospital and the delivery of health care services throughout Curry County by representing these needs to the public, and by the soliciting, holding and granting of funds for use in providing the medical and hospital facilities needed in the general community of Curry County.
